Assertion AI Studio — Getting Started & Help

Welcome to Assertion AI Studio. This guide covers what Studio does, how to get started, and how to get help.

What Studio does

Assertion AI Studio turns your data into analysis, predictive models, and deployable decision apps — without writing code. You upload your data, ask a question or define a modeling problem, and Studio runs the analysis for you, returning an executed Jupyter notebook, a readable report, and (optionally) a live decision app you can share with your team.

Getting started

  1. Sign in. Go to studio.assertion-ai.com and sign in with your email or Google account. Your organization is set up automatically based on your email domain.
  2. Create a Project. A Project is your workspace — it groups your data, analyses, and deployments. Create a new Project and give it a name.
  3. Bring in your data. In the Data tab, drag and drop a CSV file to upload it. Studio also checks your data's readiness and can suggest fixes.
  4. (Optional) Define a Data Dictionary. Describe your tables and columns so the analysis has context — Studio can auto-generate column descriptions, or you can edit them.
  5. Analyze your data — two ways:
    • Explore — chat with an AI analyst about your data. It runs a full analysis and returns an executed Jupyter notebook plus a shareable Analysis Report.
    • Runs / Decisions — submit a modeling problem and dataset for a structured predictive job. Studio returns insights, a decision output, ranked results, and the notebook.
  6. Deploy and share. Turn a Run into a live, refreshable decision app / dashboard inside your Project, chat against the deployed model, and share the Project with others in your organization. You can also export a notebook or dictionary to a GitHub repository.

Key features

  • Projects — workspaces that organize your data, analyses, and deployments; share them with your team.
  • Data — upload CSVs; browse tables, review load history, and run a data-readiness check with suggested fixes.
  • Data Dictionaries — document your tables and columns, with AI-generated descriptions.
  • Explore — conversational AI data analysis producing an executed notebook and a shareable report.
  • Runs / Decisions — structured predictive-modeling jobs returning insights, decision outputs, and a downloadable, editable Jupyter notebook.
  • Deployment — publish a Run as a live decision app/dashboard with versioning, revise/retrain, and CSV-driven predictions.
  • Model chat — ask questions against a deployed project's model.
  • GitHub export — export notebooks and dictionaries to your own GitHub repository.

Data you can bring in

  • CSV upload — upload a CSV file to bring your data into Studio.
